The new & improved Mastery Packs replace Starter Packs

TL;DR

Mastery Packs are new value packs, shaped by CSM feedback, that are more transparent and consintent in their value. 

The Story

CCP has listened to CSM feedback, including my 2024 Summit talk on monetization, to improve pack transparency and player value. These packs are very consistent in their value, at about a 30-50% discount over regular pricing of each component. They will not beat the best sales that come around a few times a year, but they are certainly a save bet if you are looking for good value for money purchase. 

Here is an overview:

• Level 1: 15d Omega + 1 PLEX ($10)

• Level 2: 30d Omega + 100 PLEX + 250k SP + 1 Accelerator ($20)

• Level 3: 60d Omega + 500 PLEX + 750k SP + 2 Accelerators ($50)

• Level 4: 90d Omega + 1000 PLEX + 1.25m SP + 2 Accelerators + 2 Extractors + 2 MCT ($100)

• Level 5: 180d Omega + 3000 PLEX + 1.75m SP + 2 Accelerators + 10 Extractors + 2 MCT ($200)

These arer one-time purchase packs, not yet available in the NES, although the language in the dev blog makes it sound like CCP might change this in the future. 

The impact

Since these packs are cash shop exclusive for now, PLEX prices remain stable, but Extractor prices may drop a bit due to increased supply from the Level 4 and 5 Mastery Packs, if these prove to be popular.
